Secondary Low Pressure Fuel System

Our secondary in-tank low-pressure fuel pump system includes a 3-phase brushless fuel pump controlled by the factory ECM and includes all the features you’d expect from an OEM-quality setup. It features a hard anodized billet fuel hat,  full-depth pump basket, an internal pressure relief valve, and an integrated siphon that continuously fills the basket as fuel circulates. There’s no need to keep the tank half full, unlike inferior aftermarket systems that simply hang a pump in the tank. This is a returnless, OE-style solution, fully integrated into the fuel tank—not an unsafe “swirl pot” mounted in the trunk. It delivers the additional fuel volume required for 1000 HP and higher builds and E85 capability in our C8 twin turbo packages.  Requires SVP twin turbo kit and calibration.
