Refund policy

• 90-Day Warranty:
• SVP guarantees that the parts will be free from defects for 90 days from the purchase date. If a part fails within this period, you may be entitled to a replacement, though labor costs are not covered.
  
  
• 20% Restocking Fee:

  If you return a part for a reason other than it being defective (e.g., you ordered the wrong part, or changed your mind), SVP will charge a 20% fee based on the part's retail cost. This fee helps offset the costs of handling and reshelving the returned item.

  Parts must typically be in the same condition they were sold in, in their original packaging, and with all labels and hardware intact to be eligible for return.  All birth certificates are non-returnable.
