Unlike cheaper kits with inferior turbos, our water-cooled turbos prevent heat soakback, eliminating oil coking and the need for turbo timers.

- Garrett water cooled wastegates
- We are the only C8 turbocharger kit manufacturer to utilize water cooled wastegates and turbos. With the extreme temperatures a turbocharger turbine can see, an often neglected part of turbo kit design are the wastegates. Wastegates see similar temperatures as the turbines, and water cooling allows them to perform as expected in extreme temperatures.

- Our turbochargers are positioned close to the exhaust ports for maximum efficiency and minimal lag, using our own custom high-temp stainless steel manifolds. Made from a specially engineered alloy and investment cast for superior surface finish, these manifolds outperform welded "turbo headers" that can fail quickly. Unlike inferior kits that place turbos at the back of the car, our design ensures optimal placement and reliability.
- Custom ECM calibration
- Our twin turbo kit was designed around our ability to integrate OEM control strategies into the factory ECM. It is second to none in the industry. We add the correct sensors and logic in the ECM to properly run and control the twin turbo kit as it would have come from the factory. No "piggy back"' or secondary control systems that cannot manage the torque, airflow and fuel requests properly.

- Yes, you read that correctly, our calibration adds the OEM twin turbo boost control routines into the factory ECM for efficient, reliable boost control.

- Our calibration adds a boost by gear feature which limits boost in the lower gears to help maintain traction at wide open throttle

- True dual MAF integration
- Our turbo kit utilizes the OEM Z06 dual inlet airbox with dual mass airflow sensors. Pull through MAF turbocharger setups are far superior to blow though setups as flow is kept laminar and results in stable airflow readings. With this design, there are also no issues with the hard airflow limits in the factory ECM like other aftermarket kits.
- Massive 3.5" thick air-to-water intercooled intake manifold lid
- Our custom designed cast intake manifold lid utilizes our massive 3.5" thick air to water heat exchanger to maximize heat transfer and keep the charge air temps to a minimum while keeping pressure drop extremely low.

- Billet aluminum valve covers
- We include billet aluminum valve covers with our kit that include integrated turbocharger oil drains. This eliminates the need for failure prone scavenge pumps that are found in inferior rear mount kits and elimates the need to drill the block or oil pan for oil drain back.
- Integrated billet PCV filter and drain
- Oil consumption can be an issue with boosted engines so we engineered our kit to include an integrated, serviceable oil coalescing filter to separate the oil from crankcase vapors and automatically drain it back to the engine. No crankcase vapors are dumped to the atmosphere like in some inferior aftermarket kits. This feature is integrated into the billet valve covers and is easily accessible for changing the filter when necessary.
- Reinforced formed silicone air charge tubing
- Allows for efficient, compact packaging and easy installation and maintenance. Reinforced silicone is superior to metal charge tubing due to its low thermal conductivity and ease of installation.
- Recirculating blow off valves
- Utilizes recirculating blow off valves allows for proper pull through MAF utilization and eliminates the possibility of turbo surge
- Turbocharger related exhaust connections utilize V-band clamps for simple assembly and leak proof operation
- Turbo outlet pipes are made with CNC bent laser cut stainless tubing for unparalled precision fitment and consistency. Laser cut flanges and stainless steel flex sections along with the tubing are all precisely tig welded for a hassle free installation

- Does not move the factory cats in any way allowing for the use of factory or any aftermarket cat-back exhaust system desired

- Allows the use of the factory or any aftermarket cat-back exhaust as factory flange positions are untouched
- Plug and play OEM style wire harness
- The kit includes a plug and play style wire harness for easy installation. The additional ECM pins that need to be accessed simply plug into their respective unused locations in the factory connectors.
- Fully upgradeable as you desire more horsepower
- There is no need to change the turbos or wire harness as you desire more power. Simply add our long block, fuel system and clutch over time to achieve maximum performance. 1500 HP is about the limit on the base kit turbos, but the G30-900s can be directly swapped out for even higher airflow requirements.
- Optional supplementary port fuel injection controlled with the factory ECM
- Our optional sequential port injection system utilizes the factory ECM to control the amount of fuel the port injection system delivers to the engine. There are no modification of the airflow tables to 'trick' or split the fuel demands to separate systems. The factory ECM is in full control of the fuel calculations for both the Direct and Port fuel delivery systems. This provides unmatched reliability and performance compared to any other aftermarket option.
- A secondary in-tank low pressure fuel pump system is necessary and is included with the addition of port injection. It too is controlled by the factory ECM and includes all of the same features you would expect in an OEM fuel pump setup. Features such as a full depth pump basket, internal pressure relief valve, as well as an integrated siphon that constantly fills the pump basket as fuel is flowing. There is no need to "always keep the tank 1/2 full" as in inferior aftermarket secondary pump setups that just "hang" in the tank. This is an OE style, returnless fuel system fully integrated into the fuel tanks, not an unsafe 'swirl pot' that puts fuel in the trunk.
- Fully integrated plug and play wire harnesses that simply plug into our main turbocharger harness for easy and simple installation
- Available E85 (flex fuel) calibrations that adjust boost and ignition timing based on ethanol content from the factory ECM.
- All thermal management and heat shielding is included standard
- Our kit includes all thermal management necessary to ensure you do not have issues with the extra heat coming from the turbochargers. Items such as turbo blankets, exhaust manifold sheilding, wire harness/ coolant line shielding, spark plug boot shielding and fuel line shielding. These are typically items you need to purchase separately and can add up quickly.
- All supporting bracketry is laser cut, bent and powder coated for quality fitment and durability.
- Dual air-to-water heat exchangers utilize fully shrouded SPAL fans to help not only transfer heat out of the intercooler loop coolant, but also serve to lower the engine bay temperature. Fan speed is controlled by the factory ECM based on IATs.
